- Use of a mattress protector is recommended.
- Rotate your mattress end to end every two weeks during the first four months, and monthly thereafter to ensure more even wear.
- Gently vacuum your mattress with a soft brush attachment.
- Ensure you allow your mattress to breathe regularly by turning back the bed linen for a few hours every few weeks. Allowing the air to circulate around and through the mattress ensures that body moisture dissipates.

This product is not available for delivery to all areas. You will be asked for your postcode when adding the item to cart to determine eligibility. Please provide a street address for delivery as we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Mattresses are delivered by our manufacturer. After placing your order, you will be contacted by phone to confirm a mutually agreeable delivery date. The day before your delivery is due, you will receive a text advising of your 3-hour delivery window. On the day, our driver will call when they are approximately 30 minutes away. When they arrive, they will bring your item/s into the room of your choice. When leaving, at your request, they will take any packaging or materials back to their facility for recycling.
